Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (address and carrier)
  • Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage the item with all original:

  • Packaging materials
  • Tags and documentation
  • Free gifts (if applicable)

Include the return authorization form inside the package. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)

Note: International refunds may take additional processing time depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Special Cases

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement

Wrong Items Received

For shipping errors on our part:

  • We cover all return shipping costs

International Returns

For our global cycling community (excluding some Asian/remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
