Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Return Request Template
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (address and carrier)
- Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage the item with all original:
- Packaging materials
- Tags and documentation
- Free gifts (if applicable)
Include the return authorization form inside the package. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)
Note: International refunds may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-built bikes (including modified components)
- Used safety equipment (helmets, pads, etc.)
- Opened nutrition products (energy gels, bars, etc.)
- Clearance/Discount items (marked as final sale)
Special Cases
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
Wrong Items Received
For shipping errors on our part:
- We cover all return shipping costs
- Receive priority processing for correct items
- May qualify for a 10% discount on future orders
International Returns
For our global cycling community (excluding some Asian/remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Include all customs documentation with your return
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns)
